Crustless Crab Quiche
Crustless Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 4 eggs, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1/2 pt. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
In a blender or food processor, blend eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, onion powder and salt.
Pour mixture into a large bowl.
Add mushrooms, Jack cheese and crabmeat.
Pour into quiche dish.
Bake 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
