Crunchy Turkey Casserole
Crunchy Turkey Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. onions, chopped, 1 c. green bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 2 3/4 c. cooked turkey, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute onions, celery and green peppers in butter or margarine. Mix sauteed vegetables with turkey, water chestnuts, mushrooms and undiluted soup.
Line a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with one can of the chow mein noodles; pour turkey mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle remaining can of chow mein noodles over top of turkey mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
