Mix together prepared squash, sour cream and chicken soup. Add sautéed onions and water chestnuts.

In a separate bowl, mix stuffing and season mix together.

Melt 6 tablespoons butter and add to mixture; mix well.

Add 3/4 stuffing mixture to squash mixture.

Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mixture.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
