Crunchy Seafood Casserole
Crunchy Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can chunk style tuna, 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Empty soup and evaporated milk into 2-quart casserole dish. Add tuna, shrimp, onion, celery and nuts.
Mix well.
Season to taste, going light on the salt.
Add 3/4 can chow mein noodles and mix again.
Cover with remaining noodles.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
