Crunchy, Munchy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 whole chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. stuffing mix, 2 tbsp. chopped onions and parsley to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Warm soup and 1/2 can milk on stove.
Arrange stuffing mix in large plate.
Dip chicken in warm soup, then roll both sides in stuffing mix.
Place chicken, skin side up, on broiler pan or other drip type pan.
Put dab (1/2 tablespoon) butter on each piece.
Place in oven at 375° to 400° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Just before serving, pour remaining soup over chicken.
Serve with white rice and a salad.
