Mix sugar and syrup in saucepan.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
Blend well.
Pour over corn flakes in large mixing bowl.
Stir lightly until covered.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Makes 2 dozen.
