Crunchy Fudge Pie
Crunchy Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. margarine, 2 sq. unsweetened or german chocolate, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt margarine and chocolate together over low heat.
Combine eggs and sugars.
Add chocolate mixture, flour, salt, vanilla and nuts; mix well.
Bake in greased 9-inch pie plate, or use a graham cracker crust.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Just before serving, top with ice cream or whipped cream.
May be frozen.
