Crunchy Fish Fillets is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. skinned fillets (blue fish, catfish, cod, grouper, halibut, haddock, orange roughy, perch, snapper, sole, ocean whitefish, marlin, etc.), 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayo (spin blend), 1 pkg. original ranch salad dressing mix and 2 small cans or 1 large can french fried onions, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Salt and pepper fillets.
Combine sour cream, mayo and dressing mix.
Totally coat both sides of fish. Roll fillets in the crushed French fried onions.
