Crunchy Creamed Chicken
Crunchy Creamed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, milk and seasoned salt.
Add nuts, chicken and carrots. Heat thoroughly.
Add parsley.
Just before serving, put a few cashew nuts in center of creamed chicken.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Yields 6 servings.
