Crunchy Coconut Squares
Crunchy Coconut Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed milk, 3 c. shredded or flaked coconut, 1 tbsp. almond flavoring and 4 1/2 slices day old bread (can be 2 days old), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Stir almond flavoring into condensed milk in a small bowl. Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares and the 1/2 slice into 2 squares.
Dip each square into milk, removing excess dripping. Then dip in coconut, covering all sides and edges.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 18 squares.
