Crunchy Chicken Salad
Crunchy Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 chicken breasts, 1 pkg. shredded cole slaw, 4 green onions, 1/2 c. sunflower seeds and 1/2 c. slivered almonds or pecan pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil and debone chicken.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix with cole slaw, onions, sunflower seeds, almonds or pecans and uncooked Ramen noodles.
Set aside.
Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and noodle seasoning.
Pour this mixture over first mixture and toss.
