Crunchy Chicken
Crunchy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Layer cooked chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix soups (undiluted) with mayonnaise, water chestnuts and pepper.
Layer over chicken.
Layer asparagus on top.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, for 30 minutes and, uncovered, for 15 more minutes.
