Crunchy Brown Rice

Made with 2 1/2 c. nonfat, low sodium chicken or vegetable broth, 3 to 4 green onions, chopped, 1 c. brown rice, 1 tomato, chopped and 1/4 c. fresh or frozen corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine stock or broth and green onions in saucepan.
Bring to boil and add rice.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Uncover.
