Crunchy Beef Bake
Crunchy Beef Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. corkscrew noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef with green pepper and garlic until beef is browned and green pepper is tender; drain.
Drain noodles; combine with beef mixture, soup, tomatoes, salt and cheese.
Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Uncover; top with French-fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
