Crumb Chicken
Crumb Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breasts, cut in halves, skinned and boned (makes 12 to 16 pieces of chicken), 2 c. bread crumbs, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 1/4 c. parsley, chopped and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Chicken in melted margarine and then crumbs.
Arrange in open shallow pan.
Pour any remaining margarine over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Do not turn chicken while baking.
This can be made in advance and frozen. To cook, thaw completely and cook as directed.
