Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 lb. melted butter and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice to milk to sour.
Combine brown sugar, 2 cups flour, salt and butter.
Take out 1 scant cup and put aside.
Add all remaining ingredients (except cup of flour and brown sugar mixture) and mix well.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle with mixture in cup already set aside. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Check for doneness by touching top, bounces back.
Excellent with egg soufflé or just coffee.
