Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and shortening as for pie dough.
Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.
Add egg and sour milk to which the soda has been stirred.
Mix and pour into two 8-inch pans. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
