Crouton Chicken
Crouton Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut in small pieces (1-inch), 1 can any condensed cream soup (chicken, broccoli, mushroom, celery, etc.), 1 soup can milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 c. cooking sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put chicken pieces into baking dish with cream soup, milk, salt, pepper and sherry.
Cook for about 1/2 hour with foil in 375Β° oven.
