Crock-Pot Chicken Casserole
Crock-Pot Chicken Casserole is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 large chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can peas and carrots, mixed, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 small box minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook chicken and onion in 2 quarts water in crock-pot until done.
Take chicken out and debone, reserving the broth in crock-pot.
Cook 15 or 20 minutes (until done).
Stir in the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste.
Good with cranberry sauce.
