Crock-Pot Beef
Crock-Pot Beef is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 1/2 c. roast beef, 1/2 lb. black pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut beef into pieces and brown.
Slice onion and dice carrots and celery.
Slice pepper into thin strips.
Place these into bottom of crock-pot.
Sprinkle the beef pieces with pepper, minced garlic and onion soup mix.
Mix the steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl with about 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
Pour this over the meat.
Cook for 7 to 9 hours on low heat.
When done remove meat and vegetables and thicken with cornstarch or flour mixture.
