Crispy Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sliced/strip salmon, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 gloves garlic, minced, 1/2 c. cooking oil and half lemon (red wine can be added if you want), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Marinate the salmon after cutting it into strips (finger size) with lemon, salt, pepper, soy sauce and minced garlic.
Add a drop of red wine, if desired.
Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
