Crispy Oven Chips
Crispy Oven Chips is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 6 medium size potatoes, 1 tsp. onion salt or onion powder, dash of pepper and dash of chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt 1/2 cup oleo in large shallow baking pan.
Pare potatoes and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Coat both sides of potato with oleo in baking pan and place 1 layer deep.
Sprinkle with onion salt, pepper and chili powder.
Bake at 425Β° until browned, about 25 minutes.
(The potatoes can be cut into wedges instead of crosswise.)
