Crispy Crunch Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 c. corn flakes, crushed, 1/3 c. salted peanuts, crushed and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In skillet, melt butter and add sugar.
Heat slowly.
Stir until blended.
Add corn flakes; toss to coat well.
Remove from heat and add peanuts.
Stir into softened ice cream.
Pour into freezer tray and re-freeze.
