Crispy Baked Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fish fillets (your favorite fresh or frozen choice of fish), 1/4 tsp. salt, dash of black pepper, 2 tbsp. sunflower oil or corn oil and 1/3 c. unsweetened corn flake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash and dry fillets and season with the salt and pepper.
Dip in the oil and drain.
Coat with corn flake crumbs.
