Crispy Baked Chicken
Crispy Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, skinned, 2 egg whites or egg substitute, 1 c. corn flake crumbs, 1 tsp. rosemary and freshly ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Rinse and dry chicken breasts thoroughly.
Mix corn flake crumbs with rosemary and pepper. Dip chicken in egg whites and roll in the seasoned crumbs.
Place chicken in a baking pan sprayed with a nonstick spray. Do not crowd.
Pieces should not touch.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until crispy.
