Crisp Sugar Cookies
Crisp Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. margarine and 1 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thoroughly cream together the sugars, margarine and eggs. Stir in oil and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
Refrigerate until dough is firm. Form into small round balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork or fingertips to thin balls.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
