Crisp Little Lemon Cookies("Easy As Pie" Cookies!) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. "pudding in the mix" lemon cake mix, 1 c. rice krispies, 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, melted and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly.
Place on ungreased baking sheets 2-inches apart.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
Cool 1 minute and remove from sheets.
Even better when iced with lemon frosting!
