Crisp Fried Cabbage
Crisp Fried Cabbage is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium firm white cabbage, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/4 c. corn oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat a frypan with a little oil.
Slice cabbage thinly into strips and fry a couple of handfuls at a time in the pan, adding more oil as cabbage absorbs it.
Turn over with a spatula to prevent burning and keep adding cabbage until all is used up.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Be careful not to get it too oily.
Just before serving, sprinkle with sugar and soy sauce.
Turn once or twice.
