Crescent Rolls
Crescent Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 6 to 7 c. flour and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water (105° to 115°).
Add sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour, stirring well.
Add eggs, butter and remaining flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic, approximately 10 minutes.
Place dough in greased bowl, turning to coat.
Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour until double in size.
Punch down; divide into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into 1/4-inch thick circle; cut into 8 wedges.
Roll up for crescent, starting at wide end.
Place on baking sheet; cover and let rise 45 minutes, until double in size.
Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Makes 32 rolls.
