Crescent Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound bulk sausage (mild), 1 package (8) crescent rolls, 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs beaten and 3/4 cup milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry and drain sausage.
Unroll the crescent dough and spread into a 9x13 greased pan, pressing the seams together.
Dough should completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
