Crescent Cordon Bleu
Crescent Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) cans pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham, 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 2 large cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, ham, mushrooms and cheese.
Separate crescent roll dough into 12 rectangles.
Firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon rounded 1/2 cupful of chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle.
Pull 4 corners of dough to center. Crimp edges to seal.
Place on prepared cookie sheets.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350° for 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
