Crescent Barbecue Bake
Crescent Barbecue Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1/2 to 1 c. barbecue sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls and 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef and onions; drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce; simmer.
To prepare crust, separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press over and up 1 inch on sides to form crust.
Seal perforations.
Spread hot meat mixture over dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
Serves 4 to 6.
