Creole Pork Chops
Creole Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. canola oil, 2 large pork loin chops, 1 small onion, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped and 1 medium garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sprinkle pork chops with "Pork and Veal Magic."
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown pork chops and transfer to a plate.
Chop onion and bell pepper in a food processor and add to skillet and stir until golden.
Add garlic and cook the mixture for 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water and tomatoes.
Stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Add the chops and any juices.
Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer the chops for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
Serve with rice and spoon the sauce over the rice.
