Creole Omelette
Creole Omelette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice bell pepper and onion, then saute in oil just until tender.
Add soup, water and vinegar.
Cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cook four 2-egg omelettes or scramble 8 eggs. Serve Creole sauce over eggs.
