Creole Champagne Punch
Creole Champagne Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large fresh pineapple or 1 can diced pineapple, 1 pt. fresh strawberries, 1 lb. granulated sugar, 1 c. lemon juice and 1 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

If using fresh pineapple, slice and dice into 1/2-inch wedges.
Rinse and stem strawberries.
Just before serving, combine sugar, lemon and orange juice and curacao in punch bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar completely.
Stir in champagne, wine and club soda.
Add ice ring if desired, then pineapple and strawberries.
Makes about 5 quarts.
