Crème De Menthe Pie
Crème De Menthe Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. nabisco chocolate wafers. crushed, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/4 c. crème de menthe, 1 jar fluffy marshmallow (regular size) and 2 c. (1 pt.) heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for top.
Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and press into spring-form pan.
Add crème de menthe to Fluff, mixing well.
Whip cream and fold into Fluff mixture. Put into pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Freeze at least 4 hours. Remove 20 minutes before serving.
