Crème De Menthe Cake
Crème De Menthe Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla (white) cake mix with pudding in the mix, 4 tbsp. crème de menthe, 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip, green food coloring and 1 large jar fudge sauce (i use mrs. richardson's), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake cake according to directions, but add 2 tablespoons of crème de menthe and some food coloring.
When cake cools, poke some holes into top of cake.
I use a golf tee.
(Clean of course.)
Heat fudge sauce, then pour over cake, making sure to fill holes.
Let cool.
Mix 2 tablespoons of crème de menthe and food coloring in Cool Whip; frost cake, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve cold.
