Creamy White Chili
Creamy White Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large saucepan, sautΓ© chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
