Cook rice in chicken stock or consomme.
Do not drain rice. Add mayonnaise, turkey or chicken, eggs, cheese, onion, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Place in large, buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
