Creamy Tomato Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope gelatin, plus 1/4 c. water, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in water.
Heat tomato sauce to boiling. Dissolve softened gelatin in it.
Stir in all remaining ingredients, except celery.
Chill until mixture thickens.
Fold in celery.
Turn into individual molds.
Chill until firm.
