Creamy Succotash
Creamy Succotash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook lima beans, covered, in the water seasoned with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Add frozen corn.
Return to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and cook 5 minutes more or until tender.
Do not drain.
Gradually stir milk into flour; stir into vegetable mixture in saucepan.
Add butter or margarine.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
