Creamy Spinach Bake
Creamy Spinach Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with bacon, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, c. commercial sour cream, (.25 oz.) envelope onion soup mix and c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Crumble and set aside.
Combine spinach, sour cream and soup mix; stir well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over spinach mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Yields 6 servings.
