Creamy Rice Pudding
Creamy Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 2 c. skim milk, divided, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 packets sweet one and 1 large egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In medium size saucepan over medium heat, combine rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, sugar and Sweet One.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until thick and slightly creamy.
Beat remaining 1/2 cup milk and egg; stir into rice mixture.
Stir in raisins. Without letting mixture boil, continue cooking 2 minutes.
Stir in margarine and vanilla (mixture will thicken on standing).
