Creamy Rice Pudding
Creamy Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. quick cooking rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. raisins, 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; place in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Add vanilla.
Pour into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Serve warm with cream, if desired.
