Creamy Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. milk, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 1 c. minute rice and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In the given order, put ingredients in saucepan and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Put into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
(I mix my cinnamon and sugar together and then sprinkle it on top of rice pudding.)
