Creamy Rice Pudding
Creamy Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well. Add milk, cornstarch and flavorings.
Mix well.
Stir in rice, raisins and nutmeg to taste.
Pour in 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake for 2 hours, until knife inserted comes out clean.
Stir several times while baking to prevent raisins and rice from settling to bottom.
