Creamy Raspberry Dessert
Creamy Raspberry Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cream filled vanilla cookies, 2 1/2 sticks butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs and 1 can pie filling (raspberry, blueberry, cherry, etc.; i put my fruit, especially cherry, in food processor for a few seconds for a smoother consistency), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crush cookies and spread on bottom of a
9 x 13-inch or larger baking dish.
Melt 1 stick butter; mix with cookie crumbs.
Cream 1 1/2 sticks butter; add sugar and egg yolks and beat until fluffy and light.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then blend into sugar-butter mixture.
Spoon over cookie crumbs.
Cover cream with pie filling.
Cover with whipped cream.
Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
