Creamy Potato Soup
Creamy Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up, 2 1/4 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat water to boiling.
Add potatoes and onions.
Boil until potatoes are tender.
Drain off water.
Put 1/2 of vegetables into blender.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk.
Blend until smooth.
Return all vegetables to cooking pot.
Stir in remaining ingredients using measurements listed first and then adding salt and pepper to your taste.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Add more milk while heating for a thinner soup.
