Creamy Potato Fudge
Creamy Potato Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1 lb. sifted powdered sugar, 1/3 c. mashed potatoes and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Add potatoes, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Blend in sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add nuts and knead until smooth.
Press into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool and cut.
Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
