Together the cheese, soups, sour cream, pepper and all seasonings.
Fold into hash brown potatoes. Spoon a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with sesame seed and paprika.
Can be frozen at this stage, thaw before baking.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until bubbly, but not dry.
